We run a one-product shop with no user accounts. We only hold what an order or a message actually requires. The complete policy wording is being finalized with our lawyer before sales open.

Who is responsible
The data controller is Papyrus, Ltd., Company ID (IČO): 62908464, Czech Republic. For any request about your data, write to orders@backdroplift.com.
What we collect
When you order: name, delivery address, e-mail, phone and the order itself — collected and stored by our payment provider, not by this website. When you e-mail us a shipping or preorder request: your e-mail address and whatever you write in it. This site has no user accounts and no login.
Card details
We never see or store payment card details. Payment happens on the payment provider’s own hosted page.
Who processes data for us
Stripe (payments and invoicing), Cloudflare (hosting and delivery of this site) and, once newsletters start, Brevo (EU-based e-mail). Each acts as our processor under a data processing agreement.
Cookies and analytics
This site currently sets no analytics or marketing cookies. When measurement is switched on, a consent banner asks first and nothing loads before you agree.
How long we keep it
Accounting documents for the period required by Czech law (10 years). Order correspondence for 3 years. Newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, or portability, and you can object to processing. Write to orders@backdroplift.com. You may also complain to the Czech Data Protection Authority (ÚOOÚ).
