Customs outside the EU (zones Z4–Z5)
Deliveries outside the EU are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties and local VAT are charged to you by the carrier or customs authority on delivery. Insurance & tracking
Every shipment is fully insured for the value of the unit and tracked end to end. A unit that arrives damaged is replaced — full conditions are on the Returns page.
