Who you are buying from
Backdrop Lift is made and sold by Papyrus, Ltd., Company ID (IČO): 62908464, VAT ID: CZ62908464, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Municipal Court in Prague, file no. What you get
One Backdrop Lift unit in the mounting variant you choose (ceiling or wall): motor assembly, remote control, mounting hardware, installation manual and the 5-year warranty on motor and electronics. Installation is not included.
Prices and VAT
Prices on this site are shown excluding VAT. EU consumers pay their local VAT, calculated and charged at checkout by country. VAT-registered EU businesses that provide a valid VAT ID are invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism; orders outside the EU carry no EU VAT.
Delivery, customs and duties
Shipping is zone-based and fully insured; the exact rate for your country is shown before you pay. Deliveries outside the EU are made DAP (Delivered At Place): import duties and local taxes are charged to you on delivery by the carrier or customs authority.
Safety restriction (binding)
Backdrop Lift is designed exclusively for lifting studio backdrops. It must never be used to lift or suspend people or any other load, and nobody may stand under the lift or in its path of travel while it moves. Respect the load and duty-cycle limits stated on the product label and in the manual.
Returns and withdrawal
